BALTIMORE – Petty Officer 3rd Class Daniel Stefanelli, a flight mechanic from Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City, N.J., lowers Petty Officer 2nd Class Tye Conklin, a rescue swimmer from a HH-65 Dolphin helicopter, Feb. 22, 2010. The Dolphin is a twin-engine, single main rotor aircraft that normally carries a crew of four: pilot, copilot, flight mechanic and rescue swimmer.
